Golf Marathon Kickoff!

We are kicking off our big, annual fundraiser...the CA Golf Marathon! Thanks to Team Skylar and Team Anderson for joining already. They received 2014 points in the Scoreboard Bank today. If you get your account set up on our class page by Wednesday, you will get 2014 points, too!
The school goal this year is $150,000. Our class goal is much easier...just $5000! We already have $100 towards that goal because of Anderson, Abby and Skylar! This week, I will enter SB points equal to your sponsorships and contributions, so Abby and Skylar each have 25 points this week and Anderson has 50 points... so far!
Once again, the school will be doing 36 holes of putt-putt on May 5th at Frankie's Fun Park. When my daughter was in my class, she found it more successful to ask for flat donations, such as $5 or $10, than asking for "per hole" sponsors. Either way you decide, have fun with it! Ask your family, friends, and neighbors.
Here is a link that the school put up that may answer some of your questions!

Parents,
Please pass along this video message to your student from the worship music pastor of Cathedral of Praise, Janton Barrineau, who has been a tremendous help in preparing us to go to the Music Festival. He could not be with us due to a family emergency.
The people he refers to in the video are our accompanist Dr. Wanda Litchenberg and our instrumental supervisor Sean Monahan.
Looking forward to a great day tomorrow!
